We are committed to processing and delivering orders quickly and efficiently. Please review our shipping guidelines below.
All orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours. Our team currently operates seven days a week, including Saturdays and Sundays, to ensure timely fulfillment.
Orders placed by 11:00 AM will be shipped the same day at no additional cost. Orders placed after 11:00 AM will be processed and shipped the next business day.
All packages are shipped via UPS.
Please note that delivery times begin after the package has left our facility.

Our responsibility is to ensure that your loved one’s order is successfully delivered to the designated correctional facility and to obtain signed proof of delivery from correctional staff.
Once the package has been received and signed for by correctional staff, control of the package is transferred to the facility. We do not have control over:

We recommend requesting to speak with your loved one’s guidance counselor, who can provide additional details regarding orders that have already been delivered and signed for by correctional staff.
To ensure delivery during holiday periods, orders must be placed at least 7 days in advance.
