Refund policy

1. Our policy requires any items to be returned at time of delivery. Return policy applies only to non-perishable items. All non-perishable items may be returned at time of delivery for FULL refund or store credit. Please note, per USDA food safety guidelines, once perishable items are purchased, they are not eligible for refunds.

Items that are defective or damaged, we be replaced for the SAME exact item,

If an item is damaged due to our shipping vendor, the damaged must be accompanied by a correctional facility issued disposal form, otherwise such items are NOT eligible for store credit refund or reshipment.

2. Packages that are returned to our facility for the following reasons are not eligible for refunds, or shipping refunds:

  • Out to court
  • Loss of package room privileges
  • Placed in keep lock and/or special housing
  • Over allowable package limit/weight
  • Transferred to another facility
  • Refused package by inmate or correctional staff

Returning items by Mail:

You are responsible for all shipping costs when returning unwanted items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance when returning items, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.

3. All approved refunds are subject to a 15% restocking fee. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition received and in original packaging.

4. Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase, as we process orders quickly in order to ship them daily to your loved ones. All cancelled orders are subject to a 15% restocking fee. This fee covers costs associated with order processing, fulfillment, cancellation, and restocking. When mailing any order back to us, a receipt or proof of purchase is required showing the item was purchased from our store.

5. Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return order is received and inspected by us, we will send you an email notification that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your order is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 24 to 48 hours.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 

If you have not received your refund after we have processed it, please check with your bank or credit card provider, as some institutions take longer to process refunds. Processing times vary by financial institution and are outside of our control. We will provide you with a receipt via email, confirming the refund has been processed.
